Creative and collaborative partnership between designer and client that ensures you will love where you live.  From the initial consultation through construction, we handle all the design details for you including space planning, furniture placement, finishes, color selection and lighting.  

Up to 4 hours of collaboration in your home or office to select colors, materials and furnishings.  Homeowner will receive a keyed floor plan showing recommended furniture placement & finish locations along with a detailed shopping list with links to online sources where they can procure furnishings on their own.

We meet with your buyers to help in the selection of interior and exterior colors and materials, including paint selection, flooring, millwork and hardware, lighting, countertops and more.  We can create builder standard offerings and provide look books your buyers can choose from.  We take the work out of finish selections so you can concentrate on construction.

Do you need floor plans and digital vision boards to help sell a property?  Do you want to help your buyers visualize what is possible? We help real estate professionals paint a picture of what a property can be.  Residential and Commercial mood boards available. We can field measure and provide scaled digital floor plans for listings.
